THE LEAP TEAM
Since joining Leap in 2018, David discovered opportunities to enhance how financial professionals and their clients experience the Leap process. With his experienced team, he’s migrating Leap’s software onto a single platform, developing a new training curriculum, and focusing on the overall daily business operations to keep up to date with evolving financial industries market.
Since joining Leap in 2019, Joe has redesigned the training curriculum and the delivery of training to better suit financial professionals who are using the Leap software. He is in constant contact with the field professionals and leaders and is always looking for ways to improve the user experience.
Director of Training
Bill joined Leap Systems in 2018 and was tasked with managing the Leap online application. As his role evolved, Bill is now responsible for contributing to and overseeing the development of the Leap online software, the hosting services, and any external integrations.
Director of Software
James assists in the planning, development, implementation, and deployment of improvements and features for the software. He helps take ideas from the field and transforms them into functional tools for clients.
Rosemarie joined Leap in 2006 and is currently the Business Coordinator, responsible for developing and maintaining the processes that manage subscriptions, from onboarding to fulfillment, billing, and terminations. She also manages customer data used to track customer and product movements.
Tori joined Leap in 2017 and creates a connection between the user and their experience with the software and the materials necessary to implement the philosophy of Leap. Most recently, she has partnered to create a new training platform for an interactive learning experience.
Angela joined Leap Systems in 2016 and most recently has been responsible for the relaunch of Leap’s social media and the Leap Community Blog. She also works alongside a team of product specialists and trainers and provides support for billing, training and development.
Gretchen joined Leap systems in April 2020 as a Sales Support Specialist, working in partnership with the Director of Training and Development, to ensure support for Leap is provided to our field professionals and leaders. Prior to joining Leap, she has worked in the financial industry for over twenty years.
