David Wiesner
President
David has made significant contributions to improving the Leap process since joining us in 2018. By migrating the software onto a single platform and introducing a new training curriculum, David has demonstrated his commitment to enhancing the experience for financial professionals and their clients. Through collaboration with his skilled team, David's efforts have led to making the Leap process more efficient and user-friendly for all Leap users.
Gretchen Milligan
Manager, Training and Support
Gretchen joined Leap Systems in April 2021, bringing more than 25 years of experience in the Financial Services industry. As Training and Support Manager, she ensures financial professionals and leaders receive the guidance they need to succeed, while overseeing the coordination of both live and virtual training events.
Bill Reid
Director of Software & Development
Bill joined Leap Systems in 2018 and was tasked with managing the Leap online application. As his role evolved, Bill is now responsible for contributing to and overseeing the development of the Leap online software, the hosting services, and any external integrations.
